Save the date Oct 15 | Our 3rd Annual Loss Walk

Save the Date for Tuesday, October 15th from 5-7pm for the Community Roots Collective’s 3rd Annual Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Family Walk. So many are touched by stories of miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant death and it’s part of our mission to bring awareness and healing for our community. This year we are partnering with several local businesses and local talent to help grow the participation and reach of the walk.

Our new location this year will be in front of Ulele Tampa on the Riverwalk. We will have live music by local musician John Mcrae, local loss mama Aubrie Orr as our emcee, a 1-mile walk along the Riverwalk, a community art project, and a flower release into the river sponsored by Oops a Daisy Florist.

We invite you to participate in our evening’s events by registering at the Eventbrite page. You may also register the evening of the event. All proceeds will go to the local loss groups Full Cycle, A.M.E.N.D. Tampa and Hope Mommies, who do year-round work to support loss families.

A big thanks to Tampa Bay Birth Network, Oops a Daisy Florist, Sight Graphics, and our wonderful volunteers and community for making this event happen.
