This guided relaxation is for postpartum and pregnant moms. We use a systematic approach to give you the most benefits in an hour long setting. We use intention-setting, breath awareness, and visualization to bring about greater harmony in your daily life as a mother among the other roles you fill. The transformation to motherhood is often a time of tension, sleeplessness, anxiety, and imbalance. Now is one of the best times to practice Yoga Nidra, or Sleep Yoga. Research has shown that 45 to 60 minutes of Yoga Nidra equals 4 hours of blissful sleep.
