[MOD] momma, Inc. was born during my frantic preparation for the arrival of my daughter, Rhys. I was attempting to juggle work, tend to my blended family, take care of my household and maintain a healthy pregnancy along with the multitude of preparations necessary to welcome my daughter’s arrival. I found myself wasting precious time and energy re-familiarizing myself with the best baby products and services in my area. This emotional, fretful time was the inspiration behind [MOD] momma, Inc. In today’s world, the family dynamic has evolved significantly. You see multi-generational families, single mom families, single dad families, open adoption families, gay families and of course, blended families. No matter what kind of family you maintain, building a happy home is the key to a lasting family. As parents, finding time to devote to your children, playing and growing with them, is crucial in the development of your family. I urge all mothers and fathers to be of all family dynamics to seek resources to help your growing family thrive in today’s society. Whether you are going to have a baby or maybe you are just thinking about having one, you may be feeling overwhelmed. Regardless of your exact situation, be assured that you are not alone. If you make an effort to arm yourself with the best information, you will have the ability to be active in decisions about how you want to bring your new bundle of joy into this world. My role as a baby planner is to empower expecting parents, by offering guidance, support and education in preparing for the transition into parenthood to make your experience the most seamless and memorable as possible.
