Barefoot Herbals is hosting a Herbal Breast Health Workshop at the Community Roots Collective. In this workshop you will learn about self breast exams and how to make herbal teas and preperations for breast health. Barefoot Herbals will walk you through making the preperations so that you will have them to take with you to use!
