Take your health into your own hands with this two day, immersive herbalism experience. Covering over 20 different medicinal and culinary plants we will learn how to make remedies that nurture our bodies, spirits, and hearts. After this in depth workshop weekend located at Community Roots Collective in Tampa Heights, you will feel confident being able to make teas, tinctures, salves, oils, first aid sprays, and more to enhance the well being of yourself, your friends, and your family.

Our weekend class meeting will consist of and opening sharing circle to establish our group intentions and 3 modules per day. With regular breaks built into each session, a potluck lunch, and a carefully constructed learning experiences, we will cover the different systems of the body and the primary western herbal remedies that best support a myriad of imbalances. After each module lecture and tea tasting, as a group we will explore different medicinal preparations to get the most out of what the plants have to offer. Each participant will get to take home a portion of the medicine that we make together. We will share joys, challenges, inspiration, and more as we warmly build our this community of at home healers.
